SHIPPING POLICY
All of our Children’s clothing are cut, sewn and packaged by hand. Please allow for 5-10 working days for despatch, we will always do our best to ship sooner if possible.
If you have not received your items within 2 weeks of placing the order, please contact us immediately and we will track the order.
Lost post – If an order is lost in the post we will follow the royal mail lost post procedure before resending your order, and under no circumstances will a refund be issued.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item please contact us before you ship it back to us (info@LivLieto.co.uk) you have 14 days after receiving the order to send it back. Due to all of our clothing being made to order we will not be able to issue a full refund but we are happy to offer you an exchange.
If you are exchanging, the return item must be unworn and in a resale-able condition.
If the wrong size has been ordered we will offer an exchange, however another postage cost will be applied. Please do check our size guide before placing an order.
